Pricing & Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due on completion of the clearance, unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Responsibilities

You must provide safe access to the property, arrange parking, and disclose any hazardous items. You are responsible for removing items of sentimental value before our arrival.

Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total value of the services provided.

Cancellations

More than 48 hours: no charge. Between 24-48 hours: 50% of quoted price. Less than 24 hours: 100% of quoted price.
